The cottage is situated 4 miles West of Lockerbie, and only a few minutes drive from the M74 motorway, and is 10 miles from Dumfries. Its location provides easy access to many activities in the nearby town of Lochmaben including fishing, walking, sailing, golf, tennis and bowling. Although not suitable for pets it is an ideal base for those who enjoy the outdoors. Smoking is not permitted within the cottage.

The cottage is completely self-contained with its own entrance and secluded garden with decking/patio area and expansive views of the surrounding countryside. There is ample off road parking.
